The lunar new year of the Muslim is coming. The islamic new year of 1445 hijri will be marked by the first crescent moon of 1 Muharram 1445 AH that should be visible around the world on the evening of Tuesday, 18 July 2023 (see crescent moon visibility map below!). Therefore, 1 Muharram 1445 AH will correspond to Wednesday, 19 July 2023 based on global moon sighting.
