Photos of the crescent moon of Rabi’ul Awwal 1441 AH

The third month in islamic calendar, Rabi’ul Awwal, for this Hijri year of 1441 is started by the sightings of the young crescent moon (Hilal) on Monday evening, 28 October 2019. First reports of moon sightings were received from North America and below is one of them with a photo of the slender and very thin crescent moon.

Therefore, 1 Rabi’ul Awwal 1441 AH begins on Tuesday, 29 October 2019.

The next day, the crescent moon were sighted from other parts of the world. Below are several photos of the hilal.
