Photos of the Safar 1441 AH Crescent Moon

The crescent moon of Safar 1441 AH has been sighted in the evening of Sunday, 29 September 2019.

Earliest reports we have were from Indonesia where the state’s meteorological agency has posted a very thin crescent as seen from a telescope from the Central Sulawesi city of Palu.

Another telescope aided sighting was received from Jepara, Central Java. Below is the photo of the hilal or crescent moon of Safar 1441 AH.

We will update with more crescent photo of Safar 1441 AH, when we received more reports.

Crescent moon was also visible with a telescope from another part of Indonesia.

Here is another photo from Birmingham, UK. It is not very clear here, but you can see the crescent just in the centre, off right.
