Recently I have stumbled upon a great islamic website that offers the visitors many beautiful virtual tours to wellknown and little known places in the islamic world. The site is Sites in 3D. It is a turkish and english website. From their site you can download panoramic views of Mecca, the Kabah, the mosque of the Prophet Muhammad in Medina, the great and beautiful Blue Mosque in Turkey and other interesting places, mosques and palaces.
So, if you are interested in finding out how is it to be at those historic and beatiful places pay them a visit and download the virtual tours. The virtual tours will automatically started if you open the downloaded .exe files. You can then navigate with your mouse to look around the place, zooming in and out and for some tours hear a description about the place. There is also an option to make the tour your screensaver by pressing F5 key.
Just amazing to see those many panoramic images of interesting sites in the islamic world!

I like it.
We just got back from a trip to Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus, and Private Tours in Istanbul did a fantastic job for us. All of our transfers from the airports were smooth, all of our travel guides to the various sites (mosques, Topkapi Palace, Ayasophia, Dolmabahce Palace, Hagia Sophia, Topokapi Palace, Blue Mosque and of course the Turkish night Ephesus, historic sites in Cappadochia) http://www.privatetoursinistanbul.com were great. I highly recommend this travel group. Very seamless. Makes for a terrific trip. Visited August 2011
I love this, I was here last year and it was the best place on earth
Jazaakallahu khairan for your kind and quick response by the email.
It is difficult to explore the places freely as we do in other uploaded 360 tours. So I find this is solely a business minded advertisement and not any kind of service for anyone.
Having trouble viewing some of the images on your blog. Anyone else having the same problem?
wow, some really maginificient architecture
I found the following site which offers Islamic Tours to Turkey and muslim-friendly beach holidays. http://www.crescenttours.co.uk
