Alhabib Homepage Gets a Face-lift

Ramadan time is always a special time for every muslims. It is greeted, welcomed with joy and is seen as a time for self-purification.

In line with the spirit of welcoming Ramadan, the homepage of the Alhabib islamic web service website has received a face-lift. It is more of an aesthethical and organisational makeover of the old homepage. It should present the contents more clearly now with large Web 2.0-style icons. The design is now more similar to the other pages in the website.

The redesigning is also aimed to welcome the surge of visitors to Alhabib website near the Ramadan time. As noted from the Google analytics data, the site has received a record 6,021 visitor  and 17 thousands pageviews yesterday. Most of the surge was due to visitors looking for ramadan greeting texts and cards. There is also a record in the number of islamic widget installation:  breaking the 1,000 installs in one day.

I hope the face-lift serves its purpose and benefits the visitors of Alhabib Islamic Web Service site.
