Crescent Visibility Map for Sha’ban 1434 H

The islamic month of Sha’ban for the year 1434 Hijra is coming. The astronomical new moon is on June 8, 2013 (Saturday) at 15:56 UT. However, the crescent will not be visible anywhere on earth on the evening of that date.

The following evening, Sunday, June 9, 2013, the crescent moon will be visible for people in South America, Central America, and possibly in Southmost portions of USA. People in Europe, Africa and Asia will require more effort or optical aids to see the crescent moon in this evening.

On Monday, the following day, the crescent will be easily sighted around the globe.
